Daily Organiser & Timetabler
Reporting directly to the Director of Teaching and Learning (High School) and the Head of Primary, the Daily Organiser is the central point of contact and coordination for a variety of activities in the running of Primary and High Schools. This full-time position is from 6.30am to 2.00pm weekdays during school term, and normal office hours during school holidays.
The Daily Organiser is required to:
- demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- have excellent time management skills with a proven ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for liaison with teachers, students and Senior Staff
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside regular school hours when necessary.

Wellbeing Coordinator
The Wellbeing Coordinator (WC) will provide day-to-day support for students and staff with matters related to student wellbeing and behaviour. The WC will also develop and support initiatives and programs that promote good behaviour choices and student wellbeing throughout the Primary School (PS). As a member of the PS Wellbeing Team, the WC will work collaboratively with all members of the Wellbeing Team.
The WC reports to the Head of Primary and will also work closely with the Deputy Head of Primary.
The WC is a 0.6 FTE load, with the potential of a full-time role which would include teaching responsibilities.
