KTC Israel Trip ’25 – Forms and other information ….

A great deal of planning and coordination goes into ensuring that this trip runs smoothly –
from flights and logistics to accommodation, medical, and safety arrangements. Returning the required
forms on time is a vital part of this process.

To help our administration team of 1 manage everything efficiently, please complete and
return all forms by Thursday, 20 November. Your cooperation helps us avoid unnecessary
follow-ups and reminders and ensures that every student is fully prepared and covered for the trip.

To help streamline the administration of forms and make the process as efficient as possible, we’ve
prepared a simple, step-by-step guide to assist you in completing them.

Step 1. – Visit the passportcard insurance website here – https://www.passportcard.com.au/kesser-torah-college-travel-insurance/
and purchase your travel insurance policy. To ensure you’re fully covered in the event of a trip
cancellation, please make sure you select a policy that provides coverage of up to $18,000.

Note: Please read the PDS document carefully

Step 2. – Visit this website to apply for an Electronic Travel Authority to travel to Israel – https://israel-entry.piba.gov.il/apply-for-an-eta-il-2/
– keep a copy of the confirmation so you can submit it along with the forms

Step 3.  – Fill out the Israel trip forms using this link – https://www.jotform.com/assign/252038086008857/231154514975054
– you will be asked to create an account to fill in these forms so you can save them and continue filling them in later if need be.
You and your son / daughter will be asked to read, acknowledge and agree to the trip rules and behavior guidelines. These
forms are crucial and need to be complete by 24 November. Students can not participate in the trip without these
forms being completed and submitted
